This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Ascend, a venture of Saransh Ventures Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of any digital platform.
This Policy governs our collection, processing, disclosure and retention of your information through our nutrition and health food products website https://ascendliv.com/ (“Website”). We value your privacy and respect your personal sphere of life. We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust with respect to the information we collect about you.
