This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Ascend, a venture of Saransh Ventures Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of any digital platform.

This Policy governs our collection, processing, disclosure and retention of your information through our nutrition and health food products website https://ascendliv.com/ (“Website”). We value your privacy and respect your personal sphere of life. We are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust with respect to the information we collect about you.

Privacy of User Data

We collect your personal information, phone number, contact details (including phone number), age, gender location details, postal address (including zip code), billing address payment information, etc., details provided to open your user account and/or purchase and/or return our products listed on the Website, facilitate the use of the Website, to monitor data and refine and enhance our services and recommendations of products. As part of our Policy, we also collect information about your bank accounts, third party wallets, credit and debit cards to facilitate payments. However, we do not store your card or other banking or financial details. We only use services of established third party players for all payment-related services. The Website is meant for adults and is not directed at children as users. We do not specifically intend to service children under the age of 18 years and hence do not collect any information in this regard.
